At KORMAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with original packaging and tags into the shipping box and include the provided packing slip.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
